how we taste
At Decanter, our commitment to providing you with truly independent, expert wine recommendations is at the heart of everything we do.

All wines are tasted blind by our expert judges, ensuring unbiased evaluations based purely on quality.
Each wine is assessed by three experienced tasters in our controlled suite, with strict limits on daily volumes.
We use the globally recognized 100-point system, with overall scores derived objectively from judges’ average assessments.
