Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Lush oaky apricot nose. Rich, broad, and fleshy, but it’s not flabby and has impressive weight of fruit. There’s some light acidity on the mid-palate though this is not especially structured. So an appealing but forward style. Medium length.

 Decent savoury nose, but bit loose and lack in intensity in the mouth. Fair. Bit dull.

Fullish yellow green, some florality on the nose and good fruit, clarity and depth, nice minerality and good vineyard expression, good wine with a good future.
