Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Citrus and apricot on the nose. Fairly rich and silky, with reasonable concentration of fruit. Very middle of the road with no obvious faults but no great personality or excitement either. Moderate acidity and length, with a somewhat sour citric finish.

 Quite grapey and correct nose. Touch of salt. Decent weight.

Bright lemon yellow, white and yellow flowers nose, fine freshness of fruit and lively minerality on the finish, structure and length and shows the Puligny side of St. Aubin.
