Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Mid green-gold. Understated but carefully constructed aromas of fresh hay and early summer white stonefruit. Vivid, fresh, long, elegant wine with lovely vinosity and depth to it. A wine of beguilingly classical if petite proportions. Seems ripe, despite a mere 13%.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Well balanced, soft textures, bright acidity, very clean and Grand Cru Chablis like, delicious acidity at the end leaving some delicate fruit on a clean palate.

Elegant and intense with soft nectarine and white peaches notes. Well integrated oak and long ripe aftertaste.
