Peccavi
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Full clear green-gold. Sweet, planty, sappy scents, full of new life. Vivid, acidic, upright, almost military palate, but it has vinosity and depth, and there is plenty to get stuck in to. Attractive in a clean, forthright way. The acidity is in balance, and has some roundness and fruit flavour clinging to it. Works well now, and will be better still in 2 to 3 years.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
A lovely elegant wine offering a great introduction to the quality in Margaret River, drinking so well now, but will also age. Just buy it, this has fruit, lovely acidity, soft balance of oak and is a very well made wine.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
A bit reductive on the nose, sharp and unbalanced.
