Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Slight gamey nose, but not reduced; firm black fruits. Broad, lush, and rounded, this has good depth of fruit, a suave texture, and espresso tones from the oak. It’s a touch soft but seems to have the structure to develop well. Quite long.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Big, powerful, slightly porty. Lots of extract but rather one dimensional. Tough and extracted on the finish. Alcohol shows.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Fine concentration with some nice lifted fragrance from Cabernet Franc. Very good extraction, depth and natural sweet, ripe black fruits. Rich, yet quite firm and structured, tannins and acidity still a bit present, but very good depth of fruit and a good future.
