Domaine Francois Lamarche

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Stylish red-fruits nose with considerable purity of fruit that’s not compromised by the oakiness. Quite rich, juicy, forthright, the generous fruit balanced by good acidity. This has weight and structure, without obscuring the essential fruitiness of the wine. Good length, with grip on the finish, and should improve further with bottle age.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
medium, purple-red, rim evolving;
has ripe fruit with some complexity, nose promises well;
full sweet fruit on start and middle, firm finish, medium length,harmonious.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Rich full bouquet but with a hint of green notes alongside red fruit. There is good concentration here though the acidity is currently rather abrasive. It is a touch under-ripe but I think will settle down into a good wine and last the course. Acidity in pinot noir has a good track record in evolving well.
