Premier Cru
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Very ripe opulent nose, cherries, strawberries. Distinctly sweet attack, good acidity keeps it limpid and taut, and the tannins are fine-grained. There’s classy oak in the background,and great concentration and finesse. It just lacks a little persistence and nuance at present, but will surely harmonise.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
medium-deep, purple-red;
slight reduction, and rich, ripe, fresh fruit;
fine fruitiness, at start, gentle middle, harsh tannins on finish.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010
Beautiful mid purple, and a very stylish nose of fully ripe fruit. Quite tightly wound, with the fruit almost a touch inky, and a little youthful bitterness behind. The fruit on the palate perhaps lacks freshness.
