Motto Piane
Manufacturer:
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Soave
Deep yellow hue that can only hint at overripe grapes or lots of oak, since this is not Garganega’s normal colour. Super-ripe, almost noble rot affected aromas of peach, mango, papaya and honey. Long and clean with tactile flavours similar to the aromas, complicated by cinnamon. Great wine, even though it’s hard to recognize as a Soave, perhaps made in a late harvest style?

Tasting: Soave
Dense mid gold. Very full and ripe; rather heavy scented. Round and full with flabby fruit and very high alcohol though good development of fruit flavours.

Tasting: Soave
Full golden colour. Very ripe and slightly apricot fruit. Lush, waxy and rich on the palate with certainly some residual sugar. Very attractive but would be a bit alarmed by sweetness if not aware of this first.
