Tasting: Soave

Pale straw green. Lots of depth to the aromas and flavours of yellow apple, pear, peach and apricot. Creamy and sweet on the palate (is there a touch extra residual sugar here, perhaps?) but finishes long and creamy. Lovely wine, and this can age for sure.

Pale straw. Broad, ripe and scented. Gingery with ripe melon fruit flavours and a fair finish.

Very neutral nose. Hard to find much character here. Lean and acid and thin. Dull. Not to be recommended.
