Andres Rosberg is a judge at the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA).

Andres Rosberg is one of Argentina’s first professional sommeliers and a founding member and president of the Argentine Sommelier Association, a role which this year has seen him at the helm of the organisation for the World’s Best Sommelier competition, held in Mendoza.

Currently the wine director at the Buenos Aires Hotel Fierro, Andres also judges at international wine contests in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and China, and tastes for the Austral Spectator Argentine wine guide. He is a regular contributor for Placer and UVA magazines and layemadelgusto.com, and hosts various wine-related radio and TV programs.

Since 2006 he has been managing director of the Los Arbolitos Vineyard Trust, a 409ha estate in the heart of Mendoza, where he is coordinating the development of a top-end vineyard.

Andres was first a DWWA judge in 2009.
