A barrel fermented, low alcohol Sauvignon is something a bit different, but this hides the low ABV very well and manages to retain its varietal character. Fresh pea and asparagus on the nose leads into a palate of citrus, gooseberry and garden pea with just a hint of stone fruit and spice coming through on the long, soft finish.
