Kurambon Wine, Sol Lucet Koshu 2016
Kurambon Wine was founded in 1913, originally operating as a cooperative until 1962. Yeasty, creamy citrus fruits abound on the nose, while the palate features more of a stone fruit character with yuzu and creamed rice undertones. The length of the finish is good, with a clean acidity that cuts through the creamy notes in the wine.
