Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich blackberry nose, quite vibrant. Good attack, ripe and succulent, with fine concentration of fruit, big ripe tannins, and a sturdy structure. The acidity is modest while the alcohol is quite high, but there’s just about enough fruit to balance that heat. Good length, chocolaty finish.
