Waterstone
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Lean oaky nose with some coffee tones and cherry fruit. Medium-bodied, fairly simple, pleasant, with light tannins, and doesn’t have much character. But the finish is fresh and quite long, though with a trace of astringency probably derived from a slight lack of ripeness.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Oak too pronounced, the wine shows a lot of burnt notes, toffee and caramel. Over ripe and evolved already.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
Very ripe, very rich. Plush, plump fruit. Plenty of structure.
