Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Fragrant nose. Plump attack, but has ample acidity and tannin to cut the apparent richness of fruit. Spicy and lively, but it does lack weight and depth. A middle of the road Cabernet, with few nuances and only moderate persistence, but well made.
