Charmes
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Spicy nose with a trace of oxidation. Broad, juicy, quite full-bodied, creamy and weighty, and though it has quite good acidity, it still lacks some zest and persistence. Medium length, tangy finish.
Gearoid Devaney
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Lovely nose – lots of white stone fruit, flinty smoke and limestone. The palate is intense, with layers of peaches, citrus, smoke and minerals. The finish is lifted by refreshing acidity and the oak is smooth to the end – long and with even more potential.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Lemony fruit on the nose, with some florality, quite tight and natural concentration. Quite rich and good long flavour, and texture. Smooth and ripe, good wine, but not the best.
