Clos des Perrieres
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Lively lime nose, has delicacy and charm. Quite rich and juicy, ample upfront fruit, very ripe and has a touch of sweetness, so that any minerality is obscured by the overt fruit. Moderate acidity and it lacks some persistence and length.
Gearoid Devaney
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Nose is nutty and mineral with an oaky character. The palate has lots of white fruits, lime and green apple, with good acid and well managed oak. The finish is long and has striking minerality.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Fine, floral, white fruits and citrussy nose. Still rather closed in, good naturally sweet fruit, very attractive after the restrained nose, citrussy elegance and nice length will show well.
