Perrieres
Manufacturer:
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Oaky nose, pears.Rich, creamy, a touch overripe and sweet. Despite the acidity, this is a bit confected and lacks persistence and energy. A second glass could be cloying. Medium length.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
The nose is very pure, stonefruit and gunflint smoke. The palate is dry and has a nervous acidity and structure, which is exciting on the middle palate, the minerals are really salty and appetising, and the wine is focused and long.

Tasting: Meursault 1er Cru 2010
Lively floral nose, lifted fresh fruit still a bit lean and limey but has finesse. Surprisingly ripe, almost sweet fruit on the palate and good stony Perrieres finish. Nice florality and finesse, an elegant wine.
