The first-ever consumer show dedicated to Argentinian wine will come to the UK in September.
Decanter’s Tastes of Argentina will take place in London on Saturday 12 September with more than 30 producers and 200 wines to taste.
James Forbes, UK head of Wines of Argentina told decanter.com, ‘The line up of wineries is like a list of the great and the good of the Argentinian wine industry.’
A steak and Malbec masterclass run by the UK’s leading Argentinian restaurant group Gaucho is included in the ticket price as well as tasting tours throughout the day and tango dancing.
Visitors can also sign up for a Malbec masterclass with the Observer’s wine columnist Tim Atkin MW for a small fee of £5.
Guy Woodward, editor of Decanter said: ‘This event is unique, a wonderful combination of food, drink and culture from Argentina. It really will be a chance for visitors to immerse themselves in this exciting country.’
