Developed character and appearance. Savoury rather than vibrantly fruity. Meaty and gamey style. Fully mature now.

Restrained, showing some development, a bit cooked. Quite warm, alcoholic, with clear signs of incipient oxidisation. Has the mencía character, but it’s quite tired.

Fine blend of cigar box notes and dark fruits on the nose gives way to high toned palate, with bright acidity, crunchy redcurrant fruit, and savoury tannin. Impression is rich, finish is long, if a little dry.
