A wine venture inaugurated in 1989 when Ottó Légli planted his first vineyards after securing funds from peach production. The base wine for Villa Boclar is a blend of Furmint, Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir. After 48 months on lees without malolactic fermentation, the traditional-method Brut showcases crunchy nectarine and red apple on the nose with hints of toast. A crisp bite of acidity prevails, underscored by blood orange and candied citrus peel, while a nutty depth finishes with sweet-spiced melon.
