The ideal size for two, giving four glasses in total, this innovative new offering sees Rathfinny's Classic Cuvée bottled in 50cl format; only 800 bottles of this 2020 vintage were produced. Pinot Noir-led, the wine was bottle aged and fermented, unlike many smaller-format bottles. Developing faster than the 75cl bottling, the wine is open and expressive, with warm lemon and orange citrus notes, nectarine juiciness, and a saline, oyster-shell marine tang to it. Vibrant acidity and a low dosage (3.5g/L) keep it ultra fresh and food friendly. Would be perfect on a picnic for two, with smoked salmon sandwiches.
