Bera
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
A classic vinous nose, with a big whiff of cherry preserved in alcohol. Rich and intense on the palate. Very juicy with good texture. Touch short towards the end.

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Opaque red. Vibrant plummy nose, vivid and charming. Rich, supple, and forward, with delicious black fruits and ample balancing acidity, leading to a piquant finish. Not much depth of flavour, but copybook Barbera.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Bright ruby-red. Barbera typical aromas of violet, red cherry and an inviting grapiness. Starts sweet, then more austere with oaky flavours of red cherry and underbrush. Could use a little more ripe fruit, but there’s sneaky concentration here and plenty too like. Refined wine.
