Bosco di San Cristoforo, Superiore
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Very modern toasty and mocha notes. Very pushy on the vanilla with little room for fruit to shine through.
Stephen Brook
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Very deep red. Spicy, toasty nose. Rich and dense, with good weight of fruit, solid tannins, and fair acidity. It’s a touch extracted and heavy, and could do with a lighter touch, but a robust wine overall. Quite long.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Deep ruby. Aromatic herbs and red berries mix in with milk chocolate and herbs. Then long and with a peppery bite.
