Andrew Jefford

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Clear, light, pure raspberry red. Slightly dry and linen-like on the nose; lacks aromatic lift and width. On the palate, too, this is a bit harsh and short compared to the high standards set by most of its peers.

Roger Jones

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Lovely, balanced wine which is rumbling quietly in the bottle. This needs some time, but already there are some lovely fruit and textures coming through and a nice, sharp berry aftertaste.

Alessandro Marchesan

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Savoury and complex nose with notes of sour cherries and vanilla. Spicy, intense and round with abundant use of oak. Long aftertaste and silky texture.
