Deep, almost meaty aromas, but still Pinot in terms of its lighter red-fruit spectrum. Vivid, searching, pungent wine with plenty of redcurrant fruit. There’s a faintly dry, grassy edge to the finish.

Soft rose petals on nose, savoury truffles, clean precise fruit, well balanced and drinking well now, with delicate aromas.

Developed and slightly oxidised with notes of farmyard and very pronounced alcohol level. Round and juicy but at the peak of its enjoyment. A structured wine with developed red fruit character.
