Tasting: Languedoc

Quite solid oak on nose and more so on palate. Rounded. A tannic streak, a hint of vanilla and some fruit.

Tasting: Languedoc

Deep black-red. Rather a sweet, toffeed nose (oak again). Rich, sweet, mouthfilling wine: excitingly sturdy, gutsy and spicy, though the oak sweetening is a little over-done for me. Fine vineyard work, evidently.

Tasting: Languedoc

Flat nose – mocha. Big, very powerful wine – look at the alcohol. Rather Spanish in style.
