Reserve, Wildberry Springs
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Pale green-gold. Very citric scents. Citric palate, too, lacking development, amplitude and vinosity. It’s not, though, tart, just short. Surely some more ripeness would not go amiss here? Maybe age will bring some interest, but I wouldn’t be minded to make the experiment.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Savoury and limey nose, savoury and butch on the palate with a great intensity, very powerfull umani flavours. Needs time to settle down, a fine wine in the making, some big pink grapefruit at end.

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Pronounced and complex with notes of passion fruit and mandarin. Medium bodied and rich with long crisp aftertaste. A simple, light and bright western Australia chardonnay.
