Serious stuff – new leather nose with fruit on palate ripe and sweet – delicious and really charming with fragrance and poise, a great balance between sweet and savoury. Like borderline Northern and Southern Rhone.

Medium ruby, balsamic notes indicate a curious approach to oak, fruit and wood seem unresolved on the nose, acidity is medium + and the tannins are high but refined. Concentration is missing and there’s no depth to the fruit so the tannins appear to overwhelm everything else.
