Stephen Brook
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Lively black fruits nose, with light gamey and coffee tones. Quite rich, supple, juicy and suave, but still with good underlying tannins that give some austerity as well as structure. Moderate acidity. Fairly good length.
Ronan Sayburn MS
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Good nose, tobacco and ripe blackcurrant fruit, classic nose, delicious flavours on the palate, pencil lead and solid gravelly fruit.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Quite a thick colour, very rich autumnal fruits on the nose plus some leafy fragrance, good middle sweetness and the leafiness and richness needs to knit together, but already the fruit is there and the wine just needs to settle down.
