Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Spicy blackberry and mocha nose, quite lively. Rich, suave, concentrated but textured, with firm tannins and moderate acidity. Yet it also has some limpidity that saves it from seeming heavy-handed. Medium lengths, and a blunt, almost dry finish.
Steven Spurrier
Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010
Broad and rather thick blackcurrant fruits on the nose, rich and savoury black fruits on the palate.a nice lift of spice and modern touch of oak, good length and vigour and good future.
