Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Murky, savoury nose that lacks freshness. Medium-bodied, easy-going and undemanding, pleasant acidity but not much weight or structure, so it fades on the finish. Medium length.

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Bright nose, open and ripe, meaty and touches of liquorice, full fruity palate, fresh acidity herbal finish.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Nicely concentrated black berry fruit nose, quite open and supple on the palate, tannins there and well-blended in, slight greenness on the finish that needs to soften, but a wine with good fruit and charm for mid-term drinking.
