Clean, fresh, farmyard nose, plummy, and deep intensity, quite a dark red colour, toasted vanilla, mixed spice on palate, chewy and big, quite a forward wine, minty on finish, with well defined tannin.

Good depth of colour, slightly briary herbal nose with some spice, good ripe mulberryish fruit quality with concentration and succulently textured tannins and a cleansing refreshing aftertaste in a relatively moderate framework, but overall well-balanced and well-crafted with no hard edges
