Tasting: Soave

Authentic Garganega hue of green tinged, pale straw yellow. Perfumed nose of white flowers, white peach, green apple and a delicate almond hint. Then fresh mineral and clean with a hint of mint. Excellent.

Tasting: Soave

Pale lemon. Clean, quite broad nose with good freshness; notes of sherbet and citrussy acidity. Sweet up front, full and a little heavy. Lacks a bit of focus but quite well done.

Light fruity and a little waxy on the nose, parsley herbaceousness. Clean, fresh, hint nutty flavours. Very good length, satisfying freshness yet with good body. Good typicity and classic style.
