LC: We see that customers particullary enjoy Cacchiano and Le Miccine Chianti Classico. It was a little bit difficult for wine enthusiast to understand and appreciate those two wines without Decanter Magazine support.

With Decanter’s Global Tastings, people are able to taste and share lots of different wines through the use of Enomatic machines, what do you think it is about this format that people like so much? What do the machines brings to a tasting like this?

LC: People enjoy this system because they can try a wide selection of wines without going cellar by cellar and then it affords to try very expensive and particular wines too by the glass and not necessary buy the hole bottle.

For the owner of this place is a very good business because people can try the wines, with the hope they buy it after.
