Pale straw green. Long pure clean lots of green apple aromas and flavours fresh bright saline, mouthwatering but harmonious acidity.

lemon straw. Very oaky and high-ish sulphur. Ripe, round and medium-full creamy oak with soft, ripe fruit flavours.

A light mellowness and hints of oak coming though. The oak is masking any character of fruit or the style of Soave. A pleasant enough wine but again with the oak it leaves little to indicate the wine is a Soave. Could be oaked Pinot Bianco or Pinot Grigio or anything!
