Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Fresh lively nose, blackcurrants and mocha, quite oaky. Medium-bodied, sleek, quite oaky, but has freshness and lift, and a high-toned character from the acidity. Balanced and quite long. Charming rather than weighty.

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Bright clean forward intense nose, polished oak elegant aromas, blackurrant and raspberry character, graphite and pencil shavings. Good.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Dense red, youthful rim, quite lifted fruit with good berry concentration, good natural sweetness and good supple/leathery Medoc fruit, good length and quite grippy green edge, but will show well.
