On 26 May, Decanter partnered with Watson’s Wine, the leading Hong Kong wine retailer, to organise a special wine dinner featuring wines from six of the world’s the most prestigous Syrah and Shiraz producers, including E. Guigal, Craggy Range, Viña Errazuriz, Jim Barry, Tua Rita and Betz Family Winery.
Sarah Kemp, manging director, and John Stimpfig, content director of Decanter, guided guests through the world-class wines, along with owners and winemakers from the wineries. The wines were paired with a menu prepared by Amuse Bouche, a top French restaurant in Hong Kong.
