It’s Vinho Verde, but not as you know it. From the Arinto grape, it is light and fresh with lemon zest and green apple flavours, while the palate has a creamy texture and more weight than your average wine from this region. The ageing on fine lees adds richer flavour but it still retains a refreshing finish.
