Les Demoiselles, Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine 2015
This is an own-label created and blended by Lance Foyster MW and today it is in the careful hands of the winemaker, Lionel Gosseaume from Domaine de Pierre. This is a great alternative to New Zealand Sauvignon, showing restrained, classic aromas of green pea and lemon with herbaceous notes. Crisp apple on the palate is supported by a good tangy attack and ripe white fruit characters on the finish.
