Tasting: UK Sparkling

Serious, developed nose with lots of autolytic savoury (umami perhaps?) character and a dry, delicate redcurrant fruit. Nicely poised. Refined and lengthy despite it’s delicacy.

Mid-range salmon pink. A little horsey on the nose and palate – not sure how clean this is? Fair fruit – not so expressive, and high acidity gives way to reasonable length and complexity

Classic red fruits nose and palate. Full to bursting with flavour. High balanced acidity. Perhaps slightly short.
