Demet Güzey is a food and wine writer based in Verona. Her writing has been published in Gastronomica, Eaten, and Fine Dining Lovers. She is the author of Food on Foot and Mustard. Demet holds a PhD in Food Science and has obtained WSET Level 3 certificate. She teaches on food, art and culture at various universities and at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.
