Fred Sirieix is widely recognised by British viewers for hosting Channel 4’s BAFTA award-winning reality television series First Dates as well as First Dates Hotel. You can also see him star alongside Gordon Ramsay and Gino D’Acampo in the ITV series Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip.
In autumn 2020, Sirieix became the wine ambassador for Marks and Spencer and in 2021 he was announced as the style ambassador for Moss Bros and has six edits per year hitting the stores.
Sirieix is also known as the founder of National Waiters’ Day and the Art of Service training tool. In addition he founded the Galvin Cup and Galvin’s Chance charity and launched The Right Course, a service industry education programme for prisoners.
