As an author, she has penned Mitchell Beazley's Wine Made Easy 'Champagne and Sparkling Wines', as well as Discovering Wine Country - Northern Spain. Aside from Decanter, she contributes to The Sunday Times Magazine. She gives lectures and judges international wine competitions.
