8 – 24 October 2010
The glass brasserie is Sydney’s most glamorous wine venue, housing more than 10,000 bottles in a chic restaurant setting. In October glass hosted a special promotion of a selection of top Decanter World Wine Award winners which were available to purchase by the glass.
Kim Bickley, Sommelier at glass, was excited to work with Decanter: “I am thrilled to have one of my favourite publications, Decanter, holding their Australian promotion here at Glass once again. Last year was a huge success and it will be a fantastic opportunity for our guests to try some of the wines judged finest in the world.”

The Palace by Luke Mangan – one of Australia’s greatest chefs – is the sister restaurant to Sydney’s Glass Brasserie and shares its extensive focus on wine. The Palace made the perfect setting for Decanter‘s first Melbourne-based DWWA tasting.
“We are very excited to be pouring DWWA winners during October here at the Palace. We’re looking forward to pairing Decanter World Wine Award winning wines with our menus to create an exceptional dining experience”
