We have just established an introductory course for novices and casual wine consumers, called “Basically WINE”. The session is introduced by a wine professional with over 15 years experience and international wine judging experience. The presentation is multimedia, via Powerpoint, slide shows and videos and printed handouts.
Future education programmes will include specialised single-session tastings with moderators/panellists from overseas.
