What practical piece of advice would you give to someone who is coming to a fine wine event like this for the very first time?
Keep it simple, don’t complicate things.

Describe the style of your wines in three words?
Fresh, savoury and refined
Name one Chinese dish and one Western dish to match one (or more) of the the wines you are pouring in Shanghai on Saturday?
