Parés Baltà, Honeymoon 2015
Made from Parellada, a traditional grape variety mostly used in Cava, this unoaked offering opens up to aromatic notes of white flowers and ripe, peachy fruits. The palate is luscious thanks to the touch of residual sugar, with a honeyed intensity. Very pleasant and enjoyable.
