Manufacturer:
Jean-Marc Brocard, Butteaux, Chablis 1er Cru 2014
What started as one hectare plot, a gift from his father-in-law, has today become 120 hectares. Brocard is now the largest family-owned producer in Chablis, making benchmark wines. This is a classic style with notes of white flower and stone fruits with lemony hints. The palate is complex and wonderfully crisp and steely, the trademark of a fine Chablis. This will continue to develop for the next 10 years, and with the shortage of Chablis coming up you would be a fool not to stock up!
